If you find yourself wandering the vibrant streets of Las Vegas, a sweet oasis awaits at Bouchon Bakery, conveniently located at The Venetian. This charming bakery, crafted by renowned chef Thomas Keller, is your go-to destination for artisanal pastries, delicious breakfast options, and delightful packaged treats. With its prime location, it serves as the perfect pit-stop for both early risers and late-night revelers alike.

Bouchon Bakery prides itself on its authentic French-style baked goods, each made with precision and passion. Among the tempting offerings, indulge in their scrumptious cookies, featuring classic Chocolate Chunk and Oatmeal Raisin options, or try the fancy Assorted Macarons that melt in your mouth with every bite. The breakfast menu is equally enticing, where you can start your day with a refreshing Fruit Yogurt, a layered Yogurt Parfait, or a hearty bowl of Oatmeal, warm and comforting—a true breakfast classic.

Customers rave about the quality and flavor at Bouchon Bakery. Philip Raymond Lim notes that it’s a fantastic grab-and-go spot, especially if you’re in need of a quick but satisfying bite while enjoying the Vegas life. His favorites, the turkey baguette and pistachio macaron, are perfect for filling up and keeping you energized during your adventures. “The portions were no joke,” he states, ensuring you won’t leave hungry!

On the other hand, some patrons have experienced slight inconsistencies—while a regular croissant may not wow you, the breakfast sandwich, almond croissant, and a cream cheese danish are well-loved by fans like Peggy Crane, who declares Bouchon as their favorite bakery in the city. The service, as highlighted by various reviews, is efficient and friendly, making it easy for you to grab a delicious treat even with a long line.

Don’t miss out on the rich and smooth coffee offerings to complement your pastries. Customer J C was impressed by the chocolate almond croissant and a hazelnut latte, both described as “amazing,” proving that a good cup of coffee can elevate your experience at Bouchon Bakery. Xinqi Chen describes the standout Iced Caramel Latte, a bold coffee experience that beats the competition.

Keep in mind that seating is limited at Bouchon, emphasizing its grab-and-go concept—perfect for visitors who want to fuel their day without missing a beat. As you stroll through the nearby casino or on your way to explore Las Vegas, make Bouchon Bakery a must-visit stop to satisfy your cravings. With every bite, you will experience the care and quality that Chef Thomas Keller instills into his beloved creations.

We were disappointed by the croissants. We went for an early breakfast on a weekend day. We had an almond croissant, a pain au chocolate and a regular croissant. While the regular croissant wasn't bad, it wasn't exceptional. However, the almond croissant and the pain au chocolate might have been leftovers from the previous day. They were very dry and crumbled very easily. Not what you would expect with Bouchon's reputation and for the price we paid. The almond croissant filling was fortunately tasty.

I have stayed at the Venetaian and Palazzo many times but never have I ordered the "correct" food until this trip. First off was the Cheese Danish upon the recommendation of a hotel employee. I will be ordering that every time I visit the Venetain in the future. Secondly, I had time for a quick breakfast so I though about trying the spinach quiche. WOW !!!! What a treat!!!! Walked over to the new Via Via Food Hall to sit and enjoy my meal.

Bouchon Bakery is a great grab-and-go spot if you need a quick but satisfying bite in Vegas. I had a turkey baguette, a pistachio macaron, and a mocha—everything was great, and the portions were no joke. I was so full I couldn’t even finish it all. There’s no seating, so it’s perfect for grabbing something handy while playing in the casino. That mocha definitely kept me wide awake—no need to rely on sheer luck when caffeine has your back! Coffee tasted like your average, so it’s not bad. The true artistry behind Thomas Keller’s work is evident in every bite. The dough of the bread was exceptional, and the macaron was so good it had a similar quality to Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. Everything was incredibly fresh, showcasing the mastery behind each creation.

Bouchon Bakery inside The Venetian is a true gem, especially for guests staying in the North Towel since it’s conveniently located right outside. During my stay, I found myself returning daily for the same order: an iced caramel latte and a caramel macaron. The iced caramel latte stands out compared to what you’d typically find at most coffee shops. It had a bolder, more robust espresso base with a smooth caramel finish, rich, slightly toasty, and not overly sweet. Paired with their dedicate caramel macaron, which is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft within, it makes for an indulgent yet balanced treat. The consistency in both flavor and quality made this my go-to spot throughout my stay. A must-visit for anyone at The Venetian who appreciates thoughtfully crafted coffee and pastries with a French touch.

Take out only- no where to sit. BUT, our favorite bakery in Las Vegas. The pastries are excellent. We had a breakfast sandwich, almond croissant, cream cheese danish and the chia seed fruit yogurt cup. I could eat here every morning and be perfectly happy.

I tried the chocolate almond croissant and a hazelnut latte both were amazing! The coffee is rich and smooth. On our last day, we wanted to buy some coffee beans, but they close early around 4:30. I’ll definitely be back next time to grab some!

Okay so this isn't going to be the most dazzling bakery in the palazzo. However, the lovely man at the counter was so gracious and kind taking my order for a large group. The staff were so efficient whittling down the long line in 5 to 10 min and the food was good! Coffee was better than the usual Starbucks equivalent and the prices are extremely fair. If you are looking for a very quick grab and go this is going to be a fantastic option. Remember to tip the staff as this stand is extremely popular and they are all working hard.
